Summer Waves 2 is the second of a series of paintings of the sea and captures a dynamic wave crashing toward the shore demonstrating the power of the sea.
The sunlight highlights rich green hues of the wave and contrasts with bright sunlit white frothy foam.
Painted with various layers of glazed oils to create luminous colours and finished with a protective high gloss varnish which adds to the reflectiveness of the sea.
Size 40cm x 30cm, mounted on stretcher bars ready for hanging or framing.
