James Green - Filey - Limited Edition Screenprint

"I'm a big fan of the North Yorkshire coast (as you can see by my other landscapes), and I've finally got around to making a print of one of my favourite places, the town of Filey.

The view is looking from the shallows up to the sea front, and the houses, hotels, trees, kiosk and the prom.

Dark blue/grey and light teal System 3 inks on off-white 300gsm Seawhite acid-free paper. From an edition of 64, signed, titled and numbered. I created the image initially as a linocut print, and then transferred the image to a silk-screen to hand-print the edition."

The print image measures 18cm x 25cm, with each print being slightly different, as is the nature of screen-prints.
