Collection: Becky James

Born in Yorkshire, Becky divides her time between Filey and Bristol. She mainly works in ink but also watercolour and acrylic. Her work is of a traditional nature and small scale.

Since 2011 Becky has practiced Falun Fafa, an ancient Buddhist meditation practice that promotes truthfulness, compassion and tolerance. It has helped her art skills greatly. In Spring 2020, Becky created 'Carry Forth Tradition' with a wish to bring some joy to the world and share traditional ways of life.

Her artwork and illustrations have been used in various projects and more recently in the book 'Mapping The Mind: The Art of Sky Running' by John Proctor, wilderness, climbing and running instructor.
